Shipping costs

A flat shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery can be as quick as 3 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout and confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You can also track it any time from the Track My Order page or your account.

Customs & duties

For international destinations, please note that the estimated delivery time does not include customs clearance, which can vary by country. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

A note on delivery attempts

If a carrier is unable to complete delivery, please contact them promptly using your tracking number to arrange redelivery and avoid the parcel being returned to us. If you need help, reach out to admin@caretoglow.com
