We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To start, email our Customer Care Team at admin@caretoglow.comwith: (1) your order number, (2) the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and (3) the reason for the return. We’ll review your request and send you the next steps.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened — we’ll let you know when you contact us.

How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders returned to us

If an order comes back to us because of an unknown recipient, an incomplete address, an unclaimed parcel, or a refused delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange either a reshipment or a refund of the order value, minus any shipping and return costs incurred.
