Want to know where your order is? Here’s how to follow it.

Using your tracking link

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link. Click the link to see the latest status of your parcel.

From your account

Log in to your account and open My Orders to view the status and tracking details of every order you’ve placed with us.

Tracking not updating?

It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to show movement after dispatch. If your tracking hasn’t updated after that, or shows a failed delivery, please contact the carrier with your tracking number, or email us at admin@caretoglow.com and we’ll help.
